I came across the this look on the young woman below and was inspired to recreate it for the plus-size ladies out there. It's the same skirt that is in the picture on the young lady below. I got it from Target a while ago, but you can also find a similar here/target in pink, or you can get it at Retro Kitten for $16.00. The shirt is thrifted, but you can get similar pretty much anywhere being that denim shirts are the trend.
To really complete the look you can try a variety of brown belts, available at stores like Guess, and for the stylista on a budget, forever 21. Unfortunately you can't see my shoes in the picture, but I choose to go with a nude shoe to accent the look, much like the young lady above.
